Shipping Methods
The chart below describes your shipping options. You will be notified via email once your order ships. At this time you will be provided with a tracking number so you may trace your order with the carrier.

**International shipping rates vary based on the destination country. To determine rates, please add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Step one of the checkout process will ask for your shipping address, once you have filled this information in and hit "continue" your shipping charge will be displayed. You may still choose not to place your order at this time by simply closing out of the shopping cart. No credit card information is required to view shipping information.

Shipping Stipulations and Restrictions

Business Days
Pearson Education and UPS follow a business day calendar. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. holidays.

International Shipping
If your order is shipping Internationally (outside of the U.S.) it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Pearson Education has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Any charge that might be incurred is the customer's responsibility. For further information please contact your local customs office.

P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Standard Shipping
Orders placed prior to 7 PM ET Monday- Friday shipping via standard shipping should ship the next business day. Orders placed after 7 PM ET should ship in 2 business days. Orders placed after 7 PM ET on Friday should ship on Tuesday.

Expedited Shipping
Orders placed prior to 11:30 AM ET Monday - Friday shipping via expedited shipping should ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM ET should ship the next business day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM ET on Friday should ship on Monday.

Backordered Products
We will notify you if one of your selections is on backorder, and retain this backorder for out of stock products for 30 days. If the product is not back in stock after this period, we will notify you so that you may make another selection. If the product is back in stock within 30 days, we will fulfill the original order. Note that if some of your order of multiple products is out of stock, the in stock items will be shipped right away.

You may cancel a backordered product by simply e-mailing your request to: csweb@pearsoned.com. Please be sure to include your order number with your request.

Billing
Along with your shipment, you will receive an invoice documenting product charges, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Your invoice will state that you have prepaid your order by credit card. Your credit card will not be billed until the product ships.

Sales Tax
As a result of having representation in every state, Pearson Education is required to collect state sales tax for orders shipped to most states.

Returns
Within 30 days of shipment date, you may return the following products, for any reason, for a full refund (less shipping costs):

  • Any book in its original condition (unmarked, not damaged)


  • Any unopened bundled product (still in its plastic shrink-wrap)
    Please note that refunds or credits will be given on returns of Valuepack purchases only when all package components are returned together.

The product must be shipped via traceable means with the original invoice enclosed. We cannot issue refunds and will return product for items returned more than 30 days after shipment date. If invoice or proper documentation is not enclosed with your return, we will make efforts to locate your address so that we can return the product properly. Otherwise, we will have no obligation to refund or return the product.

Please refer to the returns address on your invoice to determine where to return your purchase.
